Description:

Aristo RTV silicone Gasket Maker is one component, neutral cure, 100% RTV silicone rubber sealant that is ideal for bonding, waterproofing and insulating most materials. It can be used for making gaskets on engine parts, cars, motorcycles, appliances, power yard equipment and more.

Features:

1. Hi-temperature applications up to 610°F (300 ºC)
2. Safe for sensors
3. Superior oil resistance & waterproof
4. Good flexibility, strong resistance to pressure
5. Neutral cure & Non-corrosive

Applications:

1. Designed primarily for flange sealing with excellent oil resistance on rigid flange sealing, for example on transmissions and cast metal housings.

2. Forms a high quality gasket seals the space between matched parts to prevent leakage of automotive fluids and gases.

3. Automobiles: connecting joints, cylinder head, crankcase, oil sump, timing case, thermostat, water pump, transmission, axles, differential, radiator, engine hood, gear cases, chassis (can not be overpainted).

4. Motorcycles: crankcase, cylinder block;

5. Others: valve covers, oil pans, electrical boxes, etc..
